Summer Sunrise Stretch & Yoga 2026

Saturdays 9-10 am | May 30th, June 6th, June 13th, June 20th and June 27th 2026

Al & Jan Barker Sports Complex Miracle Field | $25

Instructor lead stretching starting with warm up, working on stretching our full bodies during each class and ending with cool down meditation type poses at the end of each class. Wear comfortable clothes for stretching and getting down and up on the field turf. Sunscreen, and a refreshing drink also recommended. Shoes are optional. Yoga mats and chairs will be provided as needed.

Athletes will work with a buddy (can be a family member or volunteer) that is 12 years old or older.
Both athletes and volunteers/buddies will need to register.
$25 cost per athlete (need based scholarships available - click HERE for application)
Recommended for ages 5-21

All buddies and athletes are invited to the end of year Celebration of Miracles banquet in November
